Technical Principle

Flock Heat Transfer Labels are produced by combining heat transfer technology with flock fiber materials. During production, a specially designed adhesive layer is applied to create the required pattern. Fine flock fibers are then attached vertically to the adhesive surface, creating a soft raised texture similar to velvet. After completing the flock surface, the transfer material can be applied onto garments through heat and pressure. The final product provides: Soft velvet touch, Three-dimensional appearance, Strong fabric adhesion, Premium decorative effect

Production Process
1. Artwork Design
Customers provide: Logo design, Pattern artwork, Text information, Size requirements. The design is optimized according to flock transfer production requirements.
2. Film & Adhesive Preparation
A suitable heat transfer base film and adhesive layer are prepared according to: Fabric type, Required softness, Application requirements 
3. Flock Fiber Application
Special flock fibers are applied onto the adhesive layer. The fibers create the characteristic: Velvet texture, raised surface effect, soft-touch feeling 
4. Cutting & Transfer Preparation
The finished flock transfer material is cut into required shapes and prepared for garment application.
5. Heat Transfer Application
The flock label is transferred onto fabric using controlled temperature, Pressure, and time. This creates a strong bond between the label and garment.
6. Quality Inspection
Each batch is checked for: Surface texture, Pattern accuracy, Adhesion strength, Washing durability
