Technical Principle

Woven labels are produced by weaving polyester yarns together on specialized weaving machines. Unlike printed labels that apply ink onto the surface, woven labels create designs by directly weaving colored threads into the label structure. This weaving method allows the label to achieve clear logo details, Long-lasting color stability, Premium fabric texture, and high durability. During production, the customer's artwork is converted into a weaving pattern, and different yarn colors are selected to recreate the brand design.

Customized Production Process
1. Artwork Confirmation
Customers provide Brand logo, Text information, Size details, Label dimensions, and folding requirements. Our design team optimizes the artwork according to weaving limitations.
2. Yarn & Color Selection
Based on the design requirements, suitable yarn colors are selected.
Options include Standard colors, Pantone color matching, and custom brand colors
3. Label Weaving
The selected yarns are woven together to create the customized label design. The weaving density is adjusted according to: Logo complexity, Required softness, Detail level 
4. Cutting & Finishing
After weaving, labels are cut and finished according to customer requirements. Available finishing Cut edge, Damask edge, Folded labels, End fold, Center fold, Straight cut 
5. Quality Inspection
Each production batch is checked for Logo accuracy, Color consistency, cutting quality, and label durability
